Sweet Pea Needlepoint was created from a love of creativity, community, and slowing down in a busy world.

Founded by Kayla Castro—wife to Jacob and mom to Presley—Sweet Pea began as a passion project rooted in Kayla’s own love for needlepoint. What started as a personal creative outlet quickly turned into something more when she noticed a gap in her local area: there simply weren’t many places to shop for needlepoint supplies or find beginner-friendly guidance. Kayla dreamed of creating a space where stitchers of all levels could feel supported, inspired, and welcomed.
